the room was very clean and spacious with excellent amenities. the staff showed great friendliness and provided helpful service throughout my stay. ugur from reception allowed early check-in, and i received a nice sea view room. guest relations offered me a complimentary starbucks drink.

the elevators seemed a bit warm sometimes.

The hotel has a pool area. It is lovely but is not huge so not ideal for very young children. a courtesy bus provides quick transport to the beach with many sunbeds available .

Breakfast offered an excellent buffet with a huge choice and fresh food options. the dinner buffet provides great value with a large variety of choices available for approximately £18 gbp per person. The food was AMAZING!!! the snack menu provides a good choice and is reasonably priced.

Every staff member i encountered was wonderful and helpful. halil helped me with ticket purchases. This was much appreciated. the reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and quick to assist when needed.

The hotel location suited my need to be near medical facilities. The staff were very friendly, and I especially appreciate Alena at the reception for her cheerful service. The room was comfortable, and breakfast offered many delicious options. I was grateful to Ugur for arranging an early check in and a lovely sea view room. I also received a free drink voucher.

the room was super comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. i got a balcony with sea view and it was sufficient. the aircon worked so good, very powerful and effective. dove products for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. the breakfast buffet had a huge choice and everything was so fresh. the pool area and pool were lovely for adults.

the gym need a bit more love.
